Leadership programmefor youth launched

The activities of the National Programme for Preparing Young Leaders 'Qiyadi' were launched on Thursday, organised by the Governorate of Muscat in cooperation with the Centre for Preparing Young Leaders, within the framework of its efforts aimed at developing the skills of young people and refining their leadership and creative abilities and preparing a conscious generation capable of actively contributing to serving society. Muscat Governorate is the second station for implementing the programme at the level of the Sultanate of Oman, where it aims to develop leadership and responsibility skills among young people, and instil values ​​of cooperation, teamwork, discipline and self-confidence, in addition to enhancing creative thinking, decision-making, dialogue and communication skills, and building self-initiatives among participants.
